According to NOTICIAS, Johnny Depp will remain in Buenos Aires for a week to record some musical tracks at the recording studio of Jorge “Corcho” Rodríguez, known as La Roca Power Studio, located at his home in San Isidro. This visit is linked to his previous stop in Punta del Este, where he was also invited by Rodríguez and his wife Verónica Lozano to the Yellow Rose ranch, where he also witnessed polo matches.
The friendship between Corcho Rodríguez and Depp is said to have begun through a mutual photographer, Ross Halfin, a famous photographer of rock stars. They are said to have met last year at the Rome and San Sebastián festivals during the premiere of the film Modi, directed by Depp.
In addition to their friendship, Depp and Rodríguez also have a business relationship, as Corcho is involved in the distribution of Depp’s film across Latin America. They are also collaborating on the production of a wine, with its name, label design, and packaging to be defined in the coming days.
